BMM FETTLING CAROUSAL is designed to suit grinding, cleaning, reburring & finishing of various types of castings. The biggest advantage of this carousal is, it can allow to conduct 5 to 6 operations in the shortest cycle time. All those activities are done together (in parallel) to minimize the cycle time. This also helps to complete fettling activity in continuous operation as they come out from the metallic chain conveyor (No batching is required till fettling is completed). It also reduces the operators fatigue as the castings can be hold on multi-axes fixtures, rotated & moved on the periphery of the carousal. The operators surrounding the carousals are very comfortable and safe, in turn they are proved to be very efficient because the carousal is a user friendly machine & the castings come ready positions for respective activity handy to the operators.
